DENTAL APPOINTMENTS

We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Green Bay so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. You can also call the office directly to speak with one of our qualified team members. They can walk you through the process quickly and easily. If for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, we simply ask that you contact us a minimum of 24 hours in advance to afford us the opportunity to share that appointment time with another patient.

DENTAL INSURANCE & BILLING

We are in network for many traditional insurance plans. To verify “In-Network” eligibility for your policy please contact your insurance carrier directly. As a courtesy to our patients we are always happy to file any insurance claims whether we are in or out of network.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We happily accept checks, cash and all major credit cards.

FINANCING OPTIONS

Fay Dental Care partners with Care Credit to provide financing options for our patients. These options allow patients to choose from either “No Interest” or “Fixed Interest” monthly payments. This allows more flexibility for our patients who don’t have insurance to proceed with any needed treatment or procedures. Care Credit is also a great option for any costs not covered insurance.

The application process for Care Credit is quick and easy. It can be done in office, online at home or even over the phone with verification details in just minutes.
