DDS

Dr. John M. Fay, II earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Boston College in 1984 and graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1989. After practicing dentistry in Minnesota for nine years, he relocated to Green Bay in 1998 and has been serving patients at his current location in Park Place since 1999. Dr. Fay is an active member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, and Brown Door Kewaunee Dental Society.

Dr. Fay is passionate about providing comprehensive dental care for the entire family. He prioritizes continuing education for both himself and his staff, ensuring they remain at the forefront of advancements in dental care and technology. This dedication allows him to offer WI-of-the-art treatments and a wide range of options for his patients. Dr. Fay’s commitment to the community is evident through his award-winning “Fay Dental Cares” program, which supports children in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program of Brown County.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Fay enjoys golfing, weight training, and cheering on his favorite sports teams. A devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox, he also roots for any team playing against the Yankees. After nearly three decades in the Midwest, his football loyalties now lie with the Green Bay Packers, followed by the New England Patriots, and any team competing against the Minnesota Vikings.

Dr. Alex Long

DMD

Dr. Alex Long was born and raised near Milwaukee, WI, and his passion for dentistry led him to Arizona, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University. Prior to that, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, earning a B.S. in Biomedical Science with minors in Chemistry and Spanish.

With a deep commitment to providing exceptional patient care, Dr. Long continuously pursues advanced education to expand his skills and offer the latest treatments. His dedication to dentistry is evident through his extensive continuing education. He also shares his knowledge with future dental professionals as a Dental Hygiene Instructor at Fox Valley Technical College.

When he’s not helping patients achieve their best smiles, Dr. Long enjoys traveling with his wife (who is also a dentist!), cheering on Wisconsin sports teams, spending time with family, and enjoying the great outdoors—especially in his deer stand.
