Fay Dental Care provides excellent customer service as well as state of the art technology in their dental care. I have to share my excellent experience from making the appointment to the friendly receptionists and the outstanding medical care I received recently after I broke a tooth. The process to have a crown made , during the same appointment, was amazing. At all times I was comfortable and at ease. Lindy helped to create a beautiful crown that fit and matched perfectly and actually looks better than the original tooth ! Dr. Fay explained everything he was doing and provided exceptional patient care. They constantly made sure I was comfortable during my hour and a half in the dental chair, while I watched HGTV. I highly recommended Fay Dental Care. I have been a patient for 25 years and I couldn't be happier! Shout out to Jen, too, who has been my hygienist through the years who has always been professional and friendly. Thank you all!

Just a cleaning today, but if you have to do it, do it with Jennifer. She is kind and professional and understands people who may want to be anywhere else. Very excellent hygienist! Fay Dental does a good job overall. Thank you!

Today was my first visit at Fay Dental and I have found my new dentist. They are wonderful. From the receptionist, to my hygienist, to the Doctor. It was excellent. My hygienist took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend Fay Dental!

Downgrading my review from 5 to 4. The dentist and hygienist are professional and caring, but receptionists rarely answer the phone and are slow to call back and questions are answered rude and unprofessional.

Had a crown put on. This was done the same day appointment was made. Outstanding service and job well done.

Because I hadn’t had dental insurance, I hadn’t been able to go to the dentist in awhile. Instead of being condemned, I was reassured by the amazingly kind dental hygienist that I would now be getting back on track to the dental care that I needed. She answered my questions and the dentist came shortly afterwards to explain the protocol necessary to fix my dental issues. Both were kind and informative.

Absolutely the best Dental experience…..I was/am having some serious issues with my teeth and everyone at Fay Dental made me feel comfortable with the situation and explained how I can go forward and resolve the issues. 10 thumbs up!! The sweet hygienist ( I can’t recall her name😢) was the absolute best!!!
